Plandescil were appointed from the initial concept design and Topographical Survey. Working with the Client and local Architects a scheme was sent to planning and subsequently approved.
We went on to provide a range of expertise across the project; including managing a difficult S278 with NCC; Surface and Foul Connections; Foundation Design; SuDS Scheme and Residential Estate Road Design and Detail.
Working from inception to sign off including setting out and volumetric calculations we were able to offer the client a full package of works and services they required.
