Town Car Park, Wells-next-the-Sea

Plandescil provided a Topographical Survey in an area of which we have extensive knowledge, having undertaken numerous projects in the surrounding area.

Plandescil undertook layout design options, the planning application, highways design, entrance agreement arrangements with highways, temporary and permanent bridge solutions, drainage and flood risk assessments.

A footpath route was also designed along with the corresponding legal agreements to ensure access from the car park to Wells town centre is safe and simple.

Long-term plans include future expansion due to the increasing volume of traffic through the town of Wells-next-the-Sea.
