St George's Whisky Distillery, Roudham
Working together with Andrew Nelstrop of The English Whisky Co, a regular Client of ours, we helped to move/alleviate flood plain issues caused by the position of the proposed development.
The scheme included complicated structural design with the building consisting of block work, timber cladding and rendering, all around a steel frame.
Plandescil also undertook a difficult drainage design for the scheme.
The facility was opened by Prince Charles, who can be seen pictured below with our Julian Riley, in April 2007.
