Industrial Building, East Harling

Plandescil managed the planning, design and contract administration of this factory for the manufacture of timber roof trusses and engineered floor joists.

We worked closely with the Client to ensure that the steel frame and goods door positions suited the new machinery installation and product flow through the building. The roofing and cladding systems were selected to provide an enhanced level of sound insulation, due to the proximity of nearby houses. The result of this project has been to create a bright and efficient space which has allowed the installation of state of the art machinery and greatly improved the working environment.
