Environmental issues are becoming
increasingly important to everyone in their daily lives. We take our
responsibility to the environment very seriously, we have our own
in-house environmental section keeping us up to date with the latest
legilisation and methods causing the least environmental damage. We
undertake Environmental Impact Assessments compile IPPC applications
and examine pollution prevention methods.
When developing new sites we are keen to promote efficient use of
resources. Site contamination surveys are undertaken where required.
We have considerable expertise in water management, having designed
flood alleviation, river engineering, drainage and irrigation schemes.
Plandescil are also able to provide flood risk assessments and where
necessary design flood prevention measures.
