We have our own in-house environmental section to undertake site contamination surveys. Depending on the site these can either be Phase 1 desk study reports or Phase 2 intrusive investigations with remediation proposals followed by verification statements where these are required.
Having built up a good reputation and rapport with local regulatory bodies over the years we are confident that we can find a solution to most contamination queries and readily offer advice where possible to save overall project costs.
Plandescil provides flood risk assessments and where necessary will design flood prevention measures.
Our engineers have extensive experience in water management, flood alleviation, river engineering, drainage and irrigation schemes. Whenever possible we design sustainable drainage systems and are keen to promote efficient use of resources. We look for innovative ways to provide cost effective solutions to site conditions. |
